Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged once sold, opened, delivered, activated, or used.

- Products that have been opened, used, installed, activated, or damaged.
- Products missing original packaging, accessories, manual, invoice, barcode, or serial number.

- Clearance items, final sale items, or items sold under special non-returnable promotions.
Digital Products
Digital products such as game cards, recharge cards, activation keys, software codes, and digital vouchers are delivered instantly through SMS, email, or account details after successful payment confirmation.
- Digital products are non-refundable after delivery.
- Customers must check the product region, platform, and compatibility before purchase.
- T4G Store is not responsible if the customer purchases a wrong region, wrong platform, or incompatible digital product.
- Digital codes cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once delivered.
Refund Process
Refunds, if approved, will be processed only after product inspection and return approval by T4G Store.

Warranty

- Warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, burns, broken parts, or unauthorized repair.

Customer Responsibility
