سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

في حال كان المنتج سليمًا وغير معيب، يحق للمستهلك إلغاء العقد المبرم إلكترونيًا خلال أربعة عشر (14) يومًا من تاريخ استلام المنتج.

يُرجى الحفاظ على المنتج بحالته الأصلية لضمان حقك في الإرجاع. في حال حدوث تلف في المنتج دون أي خطأ منك، يبقى من حقك استرجاع المبلغ أو فسخ العقد. كما أن فتح العلبة أو تجربة المنتج لا يلغي حقك في طلب استرجاع المبلغ.

يُرفض طلب الإرجاع في حال فقدان أي جزء من مكونات المنتج أو ملحقاته:

  • الجهاز بجميع ملحقاته الأصلية؛
  • إيصال أو فاتورة تثبت إتمام عملية الشراء من متجر T4G الإلكتروني؛
  • بطاقة الضمان؛
  • تقرير فني يوضّح نوع العطل، صادر عن قسم الخدمة أو الصيانة.

يتم استرجاع المبلغ خلال الفترة المحددة وفقًا للقوانين المعمول بها.

Deliveries are not usually available on public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Yes! You can easily check if we deliver to your area by entering your postcode at checkout.
If delivery isn’t available for your location, our system will notify you and suggest the nearest pickup or alternative delivery option.
